All relevant portal activity must now take place on the enhanced YES company portal.

Where youth are placed at an Implementation Partner and Corporate Payroll applies, there will be no salary invoice payable to YES for payment to the Implementation Partner hosting the youth.
Where IP Payroll applies, and depending on the upfront salary invoice payment terms agreed between the client and YES, clients may need to pay the salary lump sums to YES. YES will then facilitate payment to the Implementation Partners hosting the youth.
A pro-forma invoice is an obligation-free quotation that provides an estimate of the costs associated with the YES programme.
A tax invoice is a formal invoice and represents an obligation to pay for services to be rendered. This may include programme registration, Monitoring and Evaluation, and smartphones, where applicable.
A separate invoice means standalone invoices for programme registration, Monitoring and Evaluation, and smartphones, where applicable, will be generated on the company portal.
A combined invoice requires a once-off lump sum payment to YES for programme registration, Monitoring and Evaluation, and any optional value-added services, such as placing extra youth on a programme or ordering smartphones.
