WHAT IS YES MINDFUL MATTERS?

Mindful Matters is an initiative, in association with Skyed, designed exclusively for our active YES Youth (like you). It is a comprehensive support programme that aims to prioritize your mental well-being and equip you with the tools to thrive both personally and professionally, this initiative offers free online mental health support services.

WHY WAS MINDFUL MATTERS CREATED?

At YES we recognise the unique challenges that YES Youth often face during their journey. Balancing the demands of work, life, and personal growth can be overwhelming. Thus, we founded YES Mindful Matters with a singular mission: to create a safe and nurturing space where you can seek guidance, support, and inspiration from registered counsellors, enabling you to reach your full potential.

WHAT YES MINDFUL MATTERS OFFERS YOUTH:

1. One-on-One counselling sessions:

Our highly qualified and

personalised guidance.

2. Mental health content:

We present a diverse range of engaging mental health content through podcasts, videos, and blogs.

3. Group sessions:

A community of YES Youth who share similar experiences and goals. Collective discussions on issues affecting them.

Signing up for YES Mindful Matters is simple!

Search for and download the Syked app:

Once you have downloaded the app or logged in, you will have to sign-up to get started. When creating a profile, add your allocated groupcode: YES4MM

Booking process

• Select the “Employee” tab to start.
• Follow the prompts.
• View list and choose a therapist.
• Select preferred session time from the therapist’s schedule. Receive confirmation.
• On the day and time of appointment, simply log in to your Syked profile to start your session.
