WHAT IS YES?

YES, a private sector funded programme, is the largest 12-month youth employment programme in the country. More than 1,700 corporate partners have created 145,000 jobs for unemployed South African youth, injecting R7.9 billion into the economy through salaries alone. As a private sector led initiative, YES addresses the country’s youth unemployment crisis by empowering businesses to create jobs for our unemployed youth. YES is youth-focused and business-led.
