Holding a Bachelor of Education with honours, an MBA from Wits Business School, and a certificate in Impact Investing in Africa from UCT graduate school, she advocates for empowering young people in various work spheres to participate actively in the economy.

Aditi Lachman - Head of Youth Programme (YES)

Aditi leads a dedicated team to enhance youth employability. With a strong focus on strategic and operational excellence, she manages the design, delivery, engagement and monitoring and evaluation of the YES Youth's journey. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving the success of various initiatives aimed at improving employment opportunities for young people.

Keitumetse Setshedi - Career Coach (Syked)

Botle Keitumetse Setshedi a career coach, was born and raised in Soweto. A mom to two teenage boys, a medical science undergraduate who pivoted out of the sciences by enrolling into a BBA. She has been in recruitment for 23 years, is a published author, career coach and speaker. Career coaching is purpose work for her. It helps her pour into others by helping them with tools, guidance and support as they navigate their careers to achieve professional success whether it be with goal setting, career development, mock interviews, CV write-ups or personal branding.

OBJECTIVES:
